In fiscal year 2010, NeighborWorks America and our network of affiliates assisted 270,000 families with their housing needs, including creating 16,700 new homeowners, owning and managing 80,000 units of rental housing, and counseling 125,000 families on home buying and homeownership preservation.

Despite the challenging environment, NeighborWorks America and our network continued to produce strong results — developing locally delivered solutions to help communities across the country.
