NeighborWorks America's national programs help NeighborWorks organizations work toward common goals, share resources, and spark innovations to revitalize their communities. Though remarkably diverse, the national programs all further the NeighborWorks goal of strengthening communities.

	National Homeownership Programs National Homeownership Programs offer a continuum of strategies to ensure successful sustainable homeownership for people of modest means in every state.
	National Real Estate Programs National Real Estate Programs offers a variety of strategies in all areas relating to real estate development and management, including single family, multifamily, shared equity and commercial.
	NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC) NCHEC promotes long-term homeownership for low-income families by promoting training standards and quality service delivery.
	NeighborWorks Training Institute NeighborWorks America is dedicated to providing the highest quality training to the staff and boards of organizations committed to improving the affordability of neighborhood housing, the vitality of neighborhood economies and the quality of community life.
	NeighborWorks Center for Foreclosure Solutions The NeighborWorks Center for Foreclosure Solutions, an initiative of NeighborWorks America, was created to preserve homeownership in the face of rising foreclosure rates.
	NeighborWorks Financial Fitness NeighborWorks America, working with national partners, has developed a “Financial Fitness” program to help individuals and families develop sound money management skills.
	NeighborWorks Green Agenda Think Green, Act Green: NeighborWorks America's Healthy, Sustainable Communities Agenda focuses on advancing environmental responsibility across the community development industry — in the operations of organizations, for the homes that are built and managed, and for the communities that are served.
	NeighborWorks Community Building and Organizing Programs Community building and organizing include a range of ongoing activities that strengthen individual/family and community assets, including physical, social, organizational and financial assets.
	NeighborWorks Week National NeighborWorks Week is a celebration of the accomplishments of the NeighborWorks network and an opportunity to increase the network's visibility and build partnerships.
	Success Measures at NeighborWorks America Success Measures is a social enterprise at NeighborWorks America that provides a range of outcome-focused evaluation services and tools for community development organizations and their funding and intermediary partners.
	NeighborWorks in Rural America The NeighborWorks Rural Initiative focuses on building the capacity of rural community development organizations in the areas of housing and economic development activities.
	NeighborWorks Awards NeighborWorks Awards is an annual awards program that recognizes the contributions of resident, government and business volunteers.
	Capital Funding for the Rehabilitation of Affordable Housing Capital Funding for the Rehabilitation of Affordable Housing enables local NeighborWorks organizations to rehabilitate affordable housing nationwide, including smaller and rural communities with affordable housing needs.

	NeighborWorks Applied Research The Applied Research unit helps to design, structure, implement and document the research and innovation efforts of NeighborWorks' national initiatives and NeighborWorks America.
