Homeownership Production Set for November 3-4
September 23, 2003 -- Home Ownership Summit 2003, hosted
by Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), will focus on
methods and strategies for increasing the production of affordable
for-sale housing to revitalize distressed communities. Three aspects
of production-demand, supply and sustainability -- will be examined
for each of three types of markets: weak and hot urban markets
and rural markets. The Summit is planned for Monday, November
3 at noon to Tuesday, November 4th at 4:30 p.m., at the Hotel
Washington in Washington, DC.
